If an employee is underperforming, it can be difficult to decide how to deal with this as an employer. It is important to take the right steps and follow the legal rules in case of underperformance. After all, you cannot simply dismiss an employee who underperforming.
In this training course, you will learn what Dutch labour rules apply when an employee is underperforming, what steps you can and may take and how to build a case to dismiss an employee because of underperformance.

Approach

Jilly El Moridi - Voesenek
After completing her master's degree in employment law at Tilburg University, Jilly started working as an employment lawyer and privacy officer at an accountancy firm before joining SD Worx. Having also completed the course to become a Data Protection Officer, the training course for corporate lawyer and the post master in employment law (PALA), Jilly has enough knowledge to share and make the Dutch employment law as understandable and practical as possible!
Marleen Maas
Marleen graduated in 2012 from the University of Amsterdam with a master’s degree in employment law. With experience at a trade union, in private practice, and as in-house counsel in the corporate sector, she has a comprehensive understanding of the diverse interests in employment law cases. At SD Worx, Marleen delivers engaging training sessions, making complex legal topics clear and approachable through practical examples and a touch of humor.
