SD Worx appoints Nadine Aerts as Chief Financial Officer

HR services provider SD Worx Group has appointed Nadine Aerts as its new Chief Financial Officer. In her new position, Nadine will also be a member of the SD Worx executive committee. She will be reporting directly to CEO, Kobe Verdonck.
Nadine Aerts is no stranger to SD Worx: she has worked for SD Worx Group nv, SD Worx Group's Payroll and HR entity, for more than 17 years. Nadine has held various positions including Head of Specialised Finance, a SD Worx Holding department that deals with the financing of SD Worx entities, tax optimisation, cash management, long-term plans, various strategic projects and the financial aspects of acquisitions.
In August this year, Nadine moved to SD Worx Staffing & Career Solutions nv, as its CFO. SD Worx Staffing & Career Solutions specialises in recruitment and flexible employment activities. Nadine will remain in this position and manage both Finance teams from now on. As such, she also continues to report to Christophe Petit, CEO of SD Worx Staffing & Career Solutions.
"I believe in the added value of Finance as a true partner in the business and I want to work with the team to play that role. In concrete terms, I want to add an economic perspective to the business that goes beyond purely financial matters. We need to look for business experts with financial knowledge rather than finance experts with business knowledge. This will be absolutely essential in achieving our ambition of doubling our turnover to 1 billion euros by 2023. Finance is one of the driving forces behind this of course, but only in very close cooperation with the business. We can contribute to this objective by introducing the right KPIs and closely monitoring the resulting actions. We are also aiming to maximise our efficiency through a single global team."
