Tilman Rotberg is the new Managing Director of SD Worx in Germany

SD Worx, the leading European HR solutions provider, has appointment Tilman Rotberg as Managing Director of SD Worx in Germany. Tilman Rotberg’s main goal will be to establish SD Worx as the market leader in the German HR sector. He moves from portfolio management to the management board and takes over from Patrick Barazzoni, Executive Vice President at SD Worx, with whom he will continue to work closely.
Tilman Rotberg joined SD Worx a year ago. As Portfolio Director, he was responsible for an international team that contributed significantly to the development of a competitive portfolio. He is now returning to Germany to take over as Managing Director. Prior to his time at SD Worx, Tilman Rotberg held various leadership and management positions at GfK (now NIQ), where he focused on market research and analyses, both in Germany and internationally. Before he joined SD Worx, he was Chief Marketing Officer of Aroundhome, a scale-up operating in DACH.
In his new position, Tilman Rotberg will focus on strategically expanding SD Worx in Germany and taking the company to the next level of growth. Commenting on his new role, he says:
