Henrion brings a wealth of experience to her new role. Previously, she was Business Director South at Protime, where, as a member of the management team, she was responsible for the local sales and consultancy teams, and growth strategies in Luxembourg, Spain, France and Wallonia. Henrion takes over the position from Elodie Cobut, who is now leading on the French market for SD Worx.

Attracting frontier employees remains a challenge

Almost half (47%) of workers in Luxembourg are cross-border workers. Figures from Statec show that by 2035, there will be another 100,000 jobs that cannot be filled by Luxembourg residents. That changes SD Worx's role as a services provider far beyond managing payroll in the market.

"It is incredibly important to listen to the challenges of the employers we assist on a daily basis. We offer tailor-made solutions for small companies, as well as medium-sized and large organisations," says Sophie Henrion, Managing Director at SD Worx Luxembourg"By combining our expertise in local and international employment, we can assist Luxembourg employers and employees in what they need, such as attracting talent and simplifying procedures. In doing so, I want to be close to our own employees and support them in the growth of the company.  That way, they too can develop as individuals and be part of a positive transformation."

Dominique Tassent oversees Benelux and Southern Europe comments: "Our offering is constantly being adapted to our clients' needs, with a focus on strengthened legal guidance, outsourced HR services and tailored digital solutions for our clients. Sophie's proven industry experience and her passion for supporting our clients will help us strengthen and expand our position as a leading HR partner in Luxembourg.”
