Everest Group recognises SD Worx as a leader in multi-country payroll solutions for the EMEA region

SD Worx, the leading European HR solutions provider, has been recognised by analyst company Everest Group as a leader in the Multi-country Payroll Solutions PEAK Matrix 2024 EMEA. The recognition confirms SD Worx’ international presence, customer and partner relationships and innovative solutions. 

With the PEAK Matrix, Everest Group evaluates service providers based on their capabilities, market presence and overall performance. The report serves as a guide for companies that wish to compare potential partners in different service categories. SD Worx is in the leaders’ quadrant within the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa).

      Strong positioning in Europe

      SD Worx is strongly rooted in Europe, with local payroll experts in 26 European countries and its own payroll software in 20 countries. According to Everest Group, the recognition is due to the innovative and technological solutions that the company offers to its customers across Europe, from SMEs to multinationals. For example, in 2025 it will be launching SD Worx Buddy in Germany, a payroll and HR solution specifically for SMEs, which allows salaries and future wage costs to be simulated and calculated in real time. Another example is SD Worx Insights, that helps companies to gain insights into a combined set of payroll, HR & WFM data, enabling them to recognise patterns and make predictions based on these insights. By combining innovative software and in-country experts, SD Worx supports customers in all their HR matters, from payroll and reward to Human Capital Management and Workforce Management. 

      The report also states that customers appreciate SD Worx for its strong domain expertise in the area of legal and local compliance issues. In addition, its strong relationships with HCM suppliers, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle, ensures the smooth integration between their systems and SD Worx’ payroll solutions.

      Finally, Everest Group points out the strategic acquisitions with which SD Worx is continuing to strengthen its software and services capability and local presence within Europe. Recent examples are Colorful HR (Romania), Tribeperk (Poland) and F2A (Italy).
