About the research
The 2024 HR Navigator Series is based on new data from 18,000 employees and 5,118 HRDs across 18 countries: the biggest annual HR research project in Europe. This year, SD Worx senior researchers focused on three key topics—Payroll, Reward & Time Management—asking both employers and employees about many aspects of company strategy and how it affects them.
